Today we went to this Factory with our history professor, where they make all traditional Jingdezhen ceramics using the tradional methods that they used hundreds of years ago. They had thrower, trimmer, and a small army of decorators doing everything from Blue and White to Famili Rose among other things. Apparently the pots that come from this factory are so close to the real ones made hundreds of years ago many experts can't even tell the difference and they often get sold as fakes. It was a wonderful place and my battery in my camera decided to take a crap half way through.
